My son that just turned 3 was just diagnosed with autism. I am starting the GFCF diet soon. I wanted to start him on vitamins, what are good, affordable vitamin brands. I looked at Kirkman Labs, Brainchild Nutritionals, HolisticHeal, ASD Market, Our Kids, Syndion and Awaken Nutrition sites. I also have a couple health food stores in my area(Henry’s and Jimbo’s) There are so many that I don’t know which to go with.

Let me give you a diet that is better and you will be able to see difference in less than a week:

No milk or dairy products,if your son likes to drink milk and you are concern about his calcium intake try organic goat milk o start him in home made juices without any artificial additives.
No cereals (wheat or corn)
No sugar or artificial sweeteners (try sukanat or turbinado sugar)
No processed meats (sausage, bacon, etc)
No sodas or drinks, No candies
No precooked meals (only homemade)
The red color used in food and drinks is achieve by crushing red fire ants to a very fine dust and mixing it with food. Did you ever see a fire aunt sitting or standing without moving? When a human digest this "food additive" it goes directly to the nervous system causing irritation to the brain, that is why a lot of children with autism are no able to sit, or stand in one place and their concentration is almost non existent.
Did you know that autism is an exclusive illness to the american children? Due to all the chemicals used in our "processed foods". No body outside the USA knows about autism.

Vitamins:

Vitamin B12 and Vitamin B complex for children and has to be 100% vegan or vegetarian
1/4 of tbsp of cod liver oil once a day
Good luck you should be able to notice a change within days
