So in this video I’m just telling you what steps I’m going to be taking to lose weight slowly and in a healthy manner.
-Nutrition: CUT OUT EVERYTHING EXCEPT WATER!! (drinks only lol you still need to eat)
-Fitness: Add 30 mins of physical activity to your day by: walking anywhere that’s short enough not to drive to, taking the stairs, joining a sport, taking fitness classes, doing something you enjoy (snowboarding, running, tennis, ice skating, biking, etc).
Also do NOT restrict yourself from a small craving! If you treat yourself to one small thing a day, you’ll be more motivated to try harder! Ex: If you drink water all day, eat healthy foods and exercise for a minimum of 30 mins, if you are really craving a cookie, let yourself eat it!! Just don’t eat more than one! Anyways all I’m saying is: ALLOW YOURSELF TO ONE CHEAT PER DAY!!

Thanks for your suggestions! I really don’t like the taste of tea haha but that’s definitely a good idea for people who hate the bland taste of water. Thanks so much for your ideas and for watching! =)

This sounds like a really good plan
If you don´t like to drink water you could also drink tea. For example green tea tastes really good, even when it´s cold. Or you can mix a tiny amount of juice into your water and that will help as well
